Returns & refunds
Return eligibility, instructions, and refund timing for Jentia Aviators Shop purchases.
Return window and condition
Request a return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged after delivery, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase. Missing materials may affect the refund.
Items that cannot be returned
Gift cards, customized items, items clearly marked final sale, opened hygiene-sealed items, and products damaged by misuse or ordinary wear are generally excluded, except when delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. Applicable legal rights still apply.
Start a return
Email info@jentia-aviators-shop.com with your name, order number, item, reason, and photos for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Wait for the approved destination and instructions; the published business address is not a return warehouse.
Return shipping
For approved eligible U.S. returns, we provide a free prepaid label and charge no restocking fee. International customers normally pay return freight and related customs or brokerage costs. Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items do not incur eligible return shipping charges.
Refunds and exchanges
After inspection, we notify you of the decision. Approved refunds for the eligible product and applicable sales tax go to the original payment method within five business days of inspection; the payment provider may take longer to post them. Exchanges depend on stock. Expedited or international shipping is generally not refunded except for our error or where law requires.
