Shipping policy
How Jentia Aviators Shop processes and delivers orders.
United States shipping
Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days; delivery is estimated at 2–15 business days after processing. These estimates exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays and may change with carrier, weather, holiday, or address delays.
International orders
Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout. Delivery time varies with carriers and customs. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and similar charges.
Tracking and delivery
We send tracking details to the order email when available. A tracking number may take time to activate. Supply a complete delivery address and contact us promptly about errors; changes may be unavailable once processing or shipment begins. An order may arrive in separate packages.
Returns
Eligible returns can be requested within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Review the separate returns and refunds page before sending an item. Do not mail an item to our business address without return instructions.
